Very ripe red and black fruits, toasted, fennel and other balsamic, spicy, mineral and Mediterranean herbs. Over time these notes evolve towards compotes, fine toasts, chocolate, coffee, tobacco, but retaining a fresh aromatic load, reminiscent of younger wines. Tannin with nerve and very good acidity
Its evolution is towards very round, fine and elegant wines, with hints of very tasty ripe fruit, well-polished and somewhat creamy toasts, round tannins and soft minty. A very long and balanced wine
